AI agents
Turn on live-chat, SMS, email and voice agents that answer, book and follow up 24/7 — with autonomy you control per channel.
What the agents do
Revyn Engine's agents know your venue — games, pricing, hours, party packages — and handle the conversations your staff can't get to: they answer questions, check real-time availability, hold slots, send deposit links and chase no-shows. Every conversation lands in your unified inbox, tied to the customer record.
1. Turn agents on
Open Settings → AI Agents. Each channel — live chat, SMS, email and voice — switches on independently, and each has its own autonomy level:
- Draft-only — the agent writes replies, staff approve every send.
- Approve-first — the agent acts for routine questions but queues anything consequential (bookings, refunds) for a human.
- Fully autonomous — the agent answers and books on its own; you review conversations after the fact.
2. Install the live-chat widget
The chat bubble is one script tag. It's already on your Revyn Engine booking site; to add it to any other site (your WordPress marketing page, for example) paste this before </body>, replacing your-venue with your venue slug:
<script src="https://sites.rvn-app.com/chat-widget.js" data-tenant="your-venue" data-api="https://api.rvn-app.com"></script>
3. Voice agent & phone numbers
The voice agent answers your venue's phone line with a natural voice, checks availability and takes bookings mid-call. Your venue gets its own phone number (SMS and voice); calls the agent can't resolve are summarized and handed to staff, and every call lands in Conversations → Calls with a transcript.
4. Review conversations
Conversations is the unified inbox: chat, SMS, email and voice in one thread per customer, filterable by channel and open/closed state. Jump in and take over from the agent at any point — it backs off the moment a human replies.
The copilot
Inside the dashboard, the Assistant is your staff-facing copilot: it drafts campaign copy and replies, answers "how do I…" questions about the platform, and digs up customer or booking info on request.
